Weighted Hours Use Case Analysis

HRI completed an operational analysis for all members using HRI data. The analysis used weighted hours to determine stress on units. Going forward, HRI will track this type of data throughout the year so a summary analysis can be performed yearly. The results of this year’s analysis have been published and are available to all HRI members.
