The 2024 Collaboration forum was more successful than it’s ever been with multiple members attending from every utility.  The HRI “Collaboration” pillar to success was on full display as members discussed ideas, achievements, and goals.

This year, we discussed:

  • Member executed use cases using HRI data.
  • 2024 achievements, status, and future goals for each HRI Operations Team (Services, Standards, Platform Operations, and Member Engagement)
  • Ongoing HRI Projects
  • The future of HRI
